When logging into the community, please be sure to make a new account, as your account on JessicaSprague.com is separate from this site. You will need an account on this site for any support tickets you want to submit as well.
To make an account, click on the Sign in button at the top of the page and choose the Sign up option.
We recommend using the same login email and password, so you don't have to keep track of two separate accounts. Once you've set up your account, you can use the same Sign in button to log in and start commenting in the community!

Bonnie, I see that you've submitted a few support tickets, so it looks like you've been able to sign up for the support center. I believe you've also signed up for Jessicasprague.com, correct?
There are three sign-ups:
1) The support center (which is this site here).
2) The new Jessicasprague.com. Once you've signed up there, you'll have access to your old classes by either clicking on the Archives tab at the top of the homepage or going to your courses (under the Howdy, Friend tab) and clicking on the Course Archives link.
3) The class-specific forums, run by Disqus. You need a Disqus account to make any comments in the class forums or to post your work there.
If you've done all three, you're set!
If you haven't signed up for the support center here, you can do so by going to the log in/sign up tab at the top right of the page.
I submitted a ticket about Pixa. I don't know if this is the community, hoping it is and someone is hanging around. I am trying to make the folders for the tags, I have been able to make them for the projects, but after I made the first folder it will only let me make sub folders .... I need to make folders not sub folders.. Thank you for any help. Sandy
